DigitalMales - the name says it all. Artists who love and use Poser for their male-themed artwork and are addicted to using it always need something new and exciting to enhance their works of art. DigitalMales tries to offer high-quality and excellent products and some one cannot find anywhere else. We have many unique original products and themes which hopefully will inspire you to create new works of art.
Payment via PayPal or Paypal E-Check:
We currently accept PayPal as the method of payment only. However, PayPal allows you to use your major credit cards as well to purchase anything here at DigitalMales. Its simple, easy and safe.
If you pay with this method, please keep in mind your digital purchases cannot be downloaded until we've received the payment. The PayPal transfer method works almost instantly, you are routed to PayPal, you login, make payment, and click on the return to site button, and your back at DigitalMales. To download your product you go to the Account Maintenance: Orders section in the STORE and then download from there. Make sure you read the help files listed on the STORE Page if you have any questions about downloading items.
Don't Want to Pay using PayPal?
Drop the Administrator a note telling him why, and that you'd like to buy something from the store without using PayPal and we will give you an alternate solution if necessary.
E-Checks (PayPal Users with Bank Draft/CC Pay)
If you pay with an E-Check via PayPal (this sometimes happens to USA customers who use bank draft with PayPal or EC customers who use auto-debit with Paypal), please be aware that your purchase can take anywhere from 2-4 business days to clear PayPal and be verified in order to activate your download. We only activate the downloads by electronic confirmation from PayPal. So please have patience if you use the E-Check method.
Problems with PayPal Transfers
If you experience an issue due to your local PayPal banking institution, thats not an issue, you can also do a direct PayPal transfer from within your PayPal customer front-end, by doing a Transfer Funds to our PayPal@DigitalMales.com account. Make sure you include your order number inside of the transfer and any comments you wish to let us know about. We will then manually activate your order for you as soon as we get notification of the funds transfer reaching our accounts.
Keeping Your Account Information UP-TO-DATE
You are responsible for keeping your EMailing information accurate in your account. If you do not receive your confirmation mails within minutes of your order's completion than either the mail has been put in your SPAM-Mail folder, Rubbish Bin, or your email is incorrect. Then we have received a bounced mail back with your order and cannot forward it to your listed EMail address, as it's incorrect. If you do not receive your confirmation mail, then please go to the Account Maintenance->Details section and check your currently listed EMail address. If it is incorrect, then it will most likely have bounced. We usually list all bounced mails in the "Cannot Login" or "No Confirmation" sections in the upper submenu.
Searching for Products
You can easily find products selecting the category you would like to browse above. Or if you know part of the name of the product you can use the search field on the right of the store page. Keep your searches simple and you should find what you are looking for. Our category system is pretty straightforward, you can select "For What Figure? ->Figurename" and the figure you are looking for, or if for example, its a pose set, you could go to the Poses->Figurename section and search there.
Legal Notice: All sales are final once merchandise is downloaded, unless there is a problem with the merchandise. Please do not do a chargeback to your credit card for any reason. If you need a refund, please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements. If you do a chargeback, you will not be allowed to order from our store again and your account will be banned.
